PICK-UP CATERING
This is the most economical way for your event. This can be done by calling (586)775-7427 and ordering off the Lazybones Smokehouse bulk bbq menu .Your order is then ready for you to pick-up. It comes in disposable pans and is hot and ready at the scheduled time for pick-up

DROP-OFF CATERING

This is where Lazybones Smokehouse comes and sets up a buffet line. We bring the cold foods cold and the hot foods hot, we set up the chafers and make sure everything is ready for your guests. Then we leave and come back an hour and a half later to tear down the buffet and dispose of all the food. PLEASE ADD A 12 % SERVICE CHARGE FOR THIS OPTION. A $40 DELIVERY FEE APPLIES WITH THIS OPTION

FULL SERVICE CATERING

This is where we do our best work! We come and set up your whole party! It includes a chef doing the cooking in front of your guests, an awesome buffet that is served by us, and we even do the clean up! You don’t have to do anything but relax and enjoy yourself! PLEASE ADD A 20% SERVICE CHARGE FOR THIS OPTION. A $40 DELIVERY FEE APPLIES WITH THIS OPTION

We can provide any request you may have for your event. It is that easy, anything you want we at Lazybones Smokehouse can get!

HOW TO ORDER

Phone (586) 775-RIBS any day of the week and talk directly to Chef Deni to set up a meeting. Taste Tests are encouraged so you will have no doubt on the quality of the food.

PAYMENT

A 25% deposit will be made at the time of order. Payment must be made in full two days prior to the catered event unless other arrangements are made with Chef Deni. If you are paying with a personal check it must clear before the event. We accept all major credit cards.

GUARANTEE

We must have a confirmed number of guests five days prior to your party. At that time we will need the final guaranteed count of guests. Any increases after that we will accommodate, unfortunately we cannot decrease the number.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can be made five days prior to the planned event without loss of deposit. Any cancellations within five days of the event will result in a loss of the deposit. Cancellation on the day of will result in a loss of the total amount owed.

SALES TAX
All pricing does not include the 6% Michigan sales tax. This amount is added to the total amount.

GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in the total price. Gratuity is added at the discretion of the client.

LEFTOVERS
Our buffets are typically one and a half hours of serving time, after that time Lazybones Smokehouse will discard of any foods.
